Department of Citywide Administration Services (DCAS) Facilities Management and Construction (FMC) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide, during the term of the Contract, all required labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the roof replacement and waterproofing work at 151-20 Jamaica Avenue, Jamaica, NY 11432 in the borough of Queens in the City of New York. This solicitation is being made pursuant to the Competitive Sealed Bidding Method, Section 3-02 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules.
