Filtered to New Building filings with an issued permit and recent DOB activity (last 3 years) — a permit status alone isn't enough on its own: some older jobs never get formally closed out in DOB's system long after the building is finished and occupied (we found one from 2012 for a tower that's been open since 2011), so recency filters that out. Heights are the applicant's proposed figure at filing, not a certified as-built measurement, and some proposals get revised as construction proceeds. Hover a building for the permit-holding contractor(s) on file — cross-referenced live from DOB Permit Issuance by job number, so a building can show "no permit-holder on file" if its permit record doesn't yet name one.
