Everything else on this site is built on live, verifiable NYC construction data — see Data & Sources. We're building AI tools on top of that same data foundation. EstimAId and BuildVision are each already private betas — real builds in active testing, screenshots below — while the AI layer behind each and the combined ConstructIntelligence workspace are still being built. What We're Building

• ConstructIntelligence

  The umbrella platform we're building toward — one workspace tying EstimAId, BuildVision, and the rest of this roadmap together, on top of the same live NYC data foundation the rest of this site already runs on.

  Approach: Each product below ships on its own timeline first — ConstructIntelligence is the shared workspace they land in once there are enough of them to actually tie together, not a separate build running in parallel. EstimAId and BuildVision are each already in private beta on their own; the combined workspace is still early, with nothing about its own interface or release date fixed yet.

• EstimAId

  Cost Estimation & BiddingBeta — In Testing

  A standalone estimating and bid-comparison app — line-item project estimates, subcontractor bid comparison, and the same real BLS material-price and NYC prevailing-wage data as the free calculators below — now in private beta. The AI layer that grounds a cost prediction in this site's own dataset of filed costs, permit volume, and contract awards is the part still being built.

  Approach: The beta's math today is the same fixed, published formulas as the calculators on this site — not AI yet. Grounding a prediction in real comparable-project data, rather than a generic industry multiplier, is what's still being built before that part ships.

• BuildVision

  Computer Vision for Safety & ProgressBeta — In Testing

  Computer-vision analysis of jobsite photo and video — flagging safety conditions (missing PPE, unguarded edges, blocked egress) and tracking construction progress against the filed plan set. A working private beta today, with nine capture modes (skyline, job site, BIM overlay, electrical, trades, measure, landmarks, sketch, drone).

  Approach: Built to read whichever capture method a project already uses — fixed jobsite cameras, drone photogrammetry, or walkthrough video — rather than requiring new hardware. Classical computer-vision heuristics run today; the model that turns footage into a validated safety flag and progress signal against the filed plan is what's still being tested.
