The Notice
PROJECT NO.: RFQPQLPB2/ DDC PIN: 8502016QB0002C The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) provides the application for contractors to be placed on the Pre-Qualified List (PQL) which is established and maintained by The Department of Design and Construction. Qualified firms are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to submit applications detailing their credentials. Interested firms are advised to download the Request for Qualifications at http://ddcftp.nyc.gov/rfpweb/ or pick-up at The Department of Design and Construction, 1st floor, Contracts Office, 30-30 Thomson Avenue, L.I.C., NY 11101. There is a $10 charge (Company check or money order- no cash accepted). For inquiries, please contact Emmanuel Charles at (718) 391-2200. The application for the PQL's will be continuously on DDC's website and available for pick-up. The applications may be submitted to DDC at any time, and shall be approved or denied within ninety days (90) from the date of submission.
